The study session will take place at Hamilton House, 2400 Nevada Ave. S., a public housing apartment building owned and managed by the city’s housing authority. The evening starts at 5:30 p.m. with a tour of Hamilton House. At 6:30 p.m. the council dives into the annual tax increment financing (TIF) district management report and an update on affordable housing strategies and tools.
