Following a 5:45 p.m. tour of Water Treatment Plant #4 (4701 W. 41st St.) the economic development authority meets at 7:20 p.m. in the council chambers at St. Louis Park City Hall to consider an agreement related to PLACE and 2019 final HRA levy certification and budget adoption.
