At its Monday, Dec. 9, 6:30 p.m. study session, the St. Louis Park City Council will be provided with an overview of the results from a local option sales tax study conducted by the University of Minnesota Extension Center for Community Vitality. Following the presentation, council will discuss projects of regional significance that may be funded by such a tax and review the required legislative process to allow for a local referendum on a local option sales tax.
