The St. Louis Park City Council meets Monday, Oct. 3, at 6:20 p.m. for an economic development authority meeting, then a 6:30 p.m. regular meeting. A special study session will immediately follow the regular meeting to discuss the 2023 capital improvement plan and a draft ordinance regulating the sale of cannabinoid products. Comments must be related to an item on the meeting agenda.
