The St. Louis Park City Council meets Monday, Oct. 17, at 6:20 p.m. for an economic development authority meeting, then a 6:30 p.m. regular meeting. A special study session will immediately follow the regular meeting to discuss 2023 draft legislative priorities and for a housing and neighborhood-oriented development system introduction.
