The St. Louis Park City Council meets Monday, Nov. 20, at 5:45 p.m. for a special study session to discuss cannabis zoning. The study session will be followed by a 6:20 p.m. economic development authority meeting, then a 6:30 p.m. council meeting that will include a first hearing to establish 2024 utility rates. Provide comment on agenda items in person at the council meeting or by emailing comments to info@stlouisparkmn.gov by noon the day of the meeting. Comments must be related to an item on the meeting agenda. Comments will be shared with the city council by providing copies for their review at the meeting. Public comments generally aren't taken at study sessions.
