City staff will present a concept multimodal design for Monterey Drive, and a consultant will present a traffic study for the Bridgewater Bank project at Monterey and Excelsior Blvd. Study sessions are open to the public, although no public comment is taken.</p><p>At 7:20 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the third floor of St. Louis Park City Hall, the Economic Development Authority (EDA) meets for a public hearing on a purchase and redevelopment contract for Platia Place. At 7:30 p.m. the council convenes for its regular meeting, also in the Council Chambers. The council will recognize the 2017 St. Louis Park Police Officer of the Year before considering two conditional use permits, conducting the first reading of a zoning ordinance amendment and approving a labor agreement.
