The council will receive a citizen petition for safer Highway 7 intersections and will also hear an update on design development for the Westwood Hills Nature Center project, followed by a discussion of non-profit organization funding. Preceding the study session, at 6 p.m., the council will convene the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization in the Council Chambers, third floor, St. Louis Park City Hall. Study sessions are open to the public, although no public comment is taken.
