DESCRIPTION:<p>5-7:20 p.m. - special study session (community room, 1st floor)</p><p>7:20 p.m. - EDA meeting (council chambers, 3rd floor)</p><p>7:30 p.m. - regular city council meeting (council chambers, 3rd floor)</p><p>On Monday, May 7, the St. Louis Park City Council meets for a special study session at 5 p.m. in the community room on the first floor of St. Louis Park City Hall, 5005 Minnetonka Blvd. for a follow up to its workshop earlier this year. Study sessions are open to the public, although no public comment is taken. </p><p>At 7:20 p.m., in the council chambers on the third floor, the Economic Development Authority (EDA) will consider items related to Bridgewater Bank and PLACE. </p><p>At 7:30 p.m. the council convenes for its regular meeting, also in the council chambers. On the agenda, a second reading of an ordinance to allow for ranked-choice voting in elections for St. Louis Park mayor and city councilmembers, approval of labor agreements, modifications of the Wooddale Bridge at Highway 7 and installation and removal of certain traffic controls in the Elmwood neighborhood.
