Study sessions are open to the public, although no public comment is taken. At 7:20 p.m. the economic development authority will approve meeting minutes and disbursement. At 7:30 p.m. the council kicks off its regular meeting with a public hearing on a liquor license for Chipotle Mexican Grill on Excelsior Boulevard. Other agenda items include a funding agreement for the SLP Nest and final approval of Bridgewater Bank’s planned unit development.
